How do we package our products?

The environmental policies we follow help us reduce the amount of packaging produced in the first place. We’re committed to minimising impact on people and our planet by our business in a sustainable way.

Some of you may have experienced receiving packages and feeling like there is way too much material being wasted, except some fragile products may require this extensive protection, but many times this is not the case. We pack our products directly into clean boxes and envelopes, using protective wrapping in only necessary amounts.

Our shipping boxes are from a local carton company The Box Man in Western Australia, and the mail bags are compostable mailers from an Australian company HERO Packing, please click here for more information on how how compost works.
