Returns exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations. 
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

We can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form.

Estimated shipping times

Your order will be sent in 1-3 business days except pre-order item will be sent within 7-14 days. 

Domestic parcel generally arrives in 4-6 days, but is not 'guaranteed' to arrive in that time frame. 

International parcel, depending on where you're located, can take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Mail can sometimes get delayed in Customs. 

Another option to consider is International Express option. It is more expensive, but includes a reliable tracking number and signature on delivery. Packages typically arrive (for most countries) in 3-5 business days (although this estimate is not guaranteed). 

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-10 business days
North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Asia Pacific: 1-3 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Shipping worldwide

If the shipping list does not find your country, please contact us before the order to add shipping options for you.
All items are sent in good faith by Australia Post’s standard postal service with tracking number, we also have signature and express upgrade options, please contact us if you need.

Parcels that do not require a signature will be left in a place the delivery drivers deem to be safe.
